Is it time to get fitter, faster and stronger? Get ready to change your life. We want you to build lean muscle mass, drop fat and have a good time training with new friends. We cater to all fitness levels, everyone is welcome. Whether you’re bored with your regular gym, or have never stepped foot in a gym, we adjust the workouts to your current level. Our CrossFit training is in small groups and we combine the best of functional fitness, strength and weight lifting with HIIT (high intensity interval training) and cardio training to get you results.

Best Crossfit in the area! All the trainers are awesome and make sure your form and technique are correct. The workouts can be as tough as you make them, but easily scaled for any level of fitness. Crossfit Zanshin is not intimidating (range of age, fitness levels, goals, etc.) and all the coaches and members make sure you feel comfortable while working out. Great place to train and surpass your fitness goals!
